ORDER

This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the third respondent in the above Second Appeal in S.A.(MD) No.255 of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD). No.15049 of 2025 2017.

2. Mr. Sundar Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, has no objection to the application being allowed.

3. In view of the no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent, this petition is ordered.

4. It is brought to my notice that the second respondent in the Second Appeal is no more. However, the newly impleaded third respondent has acquired title as a subsequent purchaser and, therefore, there is no necessity to implead the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent. The memo filed on behalf of the proposed third respondent is recorded.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 15.06.2026. In the meantime, Registry is directed to call for the records from the concerned Court in S.A.(MD) No.698 of 2022.
