Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider and pass final orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2017 and to protect petitioner's life and the property and ensuring the social security to living the senior citizen in peaceful manner from any threatening by others in the country as per the Chapter 7, Rule 21 of the Tamil nadu Maintenance and Welfare Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 within the time frame.
