Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, praying to aggrieved over the impugned Judgment passed by the Honourable Mrs. Justice. S.Srimathy dated 12.04.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.15431 of 2018 the appellants seek to file this Memorandum of Writ Appeal for the following among other grounds.

2. The writ appeal filed by the bank management was dismissed on 29.08.2025. In the order of the learned single Judge, the writ petitioner's entry into bank service was wrongly mentioned as 03.02.1987 instead of 03.02.1997. The petitioner's pensionary benefits shall be payable only with effect from 03.02.1997. The order of the Hon'ble Division Bench shall be understood accordingly.
