No.4/163 Chithirai Theru.Maharajapuram, Parakkai Post, Kanyakumari district as per the order of the 2nd respondent under the Maintenance of Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act.

CONT.P(MD)No.887 of 2018 petitioner to go and live in the property. However, it seems that the petitioner wants a wall to be constructed in the middle of the property. This is something which cannot be resolved by the police and such reliefs cannot be granted in a contempt petition.

2. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy before the appropriate forum and accordingly the same is closed.
