Heard Mr. R.Suriyanarayanan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed on record apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents not to interfere with the Arulmigu Kathir Narasingha Perumal Temple, Periyakottai Village, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District under the priority category as per G.O.Ms.No.804, dated 25.02.1941 Hindu Religious Department and appoint him under the priority category. 3.

When it is pointed out that the copy of G.O.Ms.No.804 has not been included in the typed-set filed in this Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a fresh Writ Petition along with the copy of the said Government Order.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
