O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] With reference to the relief sought for in this writ petition, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that survey has been conducted and encroachments have also been identified. Further, notice has also been issued to the encroachers.

2. That being the factum, the official respondents are directed to

continue the enforcement action and remove the encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant statues and rules. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
