O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the second respondent and consequently direct the first respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute in O.S.No.13 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent conducted an enquiry and the same was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
