ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the respondent herein to comply with the order in Cr.M.P No. 1/4

7125 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and consequently register the petitioners complaint dated 17.11.2022 within a time as stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, a case in Crime No.221 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023 was registered for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 294(b), 427, 379, 506(i) of IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 08.11.2023 NCC :
