The present Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9761 of 2016, dated 03.06.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents submitted that entire terminal benefits payable to the petitioner are settled and some portion of the interest alone has not been given.
