PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 405/2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 14.11.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 406, 417, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.405 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.19303 of 2019 a driver of the first accused and that the bank account was made use by the main accused.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) points out that this is a case of job racketing. There are 27 victims. Even though in the First Information Report, it is mentioned that the amount involved is Rs.1,07,00,000/- on verification, it is seen that a sum of Rs.4,29,52,000/- was involved.
5. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate, if the main accused is arrested and interrogated, the full involvement of the petitioner herein will come to light. Investigation is still pending. Since this is a case of job racketing and the main accused is yet to be apprehended, I am not inclined to grant bail.
6. This criminal original petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
