O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3, to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of his representation dated 03.09.2025.

2. The complaint of the petitioner is that he had borrowed a sum of Rs.2,00,000 from the fourth respondent; that the fourth respondent demanded the return of the said amount; that since there was a delay in payment, the fourth respondent took forcible possession of the petitioner's car and in spite of the repayment of the loan amount on 02.09.2025, the fourth respondent is refusing to return the car.

Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that though a postal cover was received by the third respondent, it was found to be empty and did not contain any complaint as averred by the petitioner; that the averments made in the complaint and in the petition do not suggest that there is any threat to the life of the petitioner and that the petitioner only prays for an action on his complaint.

4. In view of the abovesaid submission, the petitioner shall make a complaint in person to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall consider the representation in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
