Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAVEEN KUMAR P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2649 of 2021, dated 19.02.2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the Court concerned and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to furnish the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
