Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retirement benefits with interest to the petitioner in view of the representation dated 21.09.2015.

ORDER

The present Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13353 of 2016, dated 28.07.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents submitted that entire terminal benefits payable to the petitioner are settled and some portion of the interest alone has not been given.
