(R5 & R6 are Suo motu impleaded, vide Court order, dated 29.09.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.16222 of 2017) PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.528/2017/S.1 dated 20.07.2017 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent to pay the petitioner the Medical Expenses Rs.62,405/-(Rupees Sixty two thousand and four hundred and five only), being the actual Medical Expenditure incurred by the petitioners wife in S.S.Hospital Truama and Emergency Care Centre.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the District Level Committee, wherein, it has been stated that the petitioner has taken treatment in a Non-Network Hospital.
2. The petitioner is having an alternative remedy before the State Level Committee. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the State Level Committee along with the original bills.
3. The State Level Committee and the Insurance Company is not added as party. Hence this Court, Suo Motu impleading the State Level Committee and the United India Insurance Company, Chennai. The State Level Committee shall issue notice to the petitioner and the Insurance Company. Thereafter shall decide the claim of the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
