Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pay the petitioner s pension commutation amfount in a sum of Rs.3,15,218/- and Post Retirement Benefit Scheme in a sum of Rs.6,000 /-at the rate of Rs.1000/- per month for six months and directing the second respondent to pay a sum of Rs.3,89,803- under different categories like surrendered earned leave salary and other deposits like deposits for Engineering College, Medical College and Poly Technique and also Employees Social Security Protection Scheme in favour of employees with interest at 12% per annum and also a sum of Rs. 12,979/- that got omitted by inproper calculation in the statement of Account dated 09.11.2012 furnished by the second respondent within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court. ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that substantial amount has been paid in compliance with the direction of this Court. It is further stated that some amount is still due as there are some discrepancies in the calculation while computing the amount towards terminal benefits. As it was indicated in the order in Writ Petition dated 29.11.2016, the petitioner can agitate the same as per law, if he is entitled to more than what he has been given pursuant to the direction of this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to submit a representation or file a Writ Petition claiming any additional amount which is due according to the rules or if there is any calculation error in computation including the amount due towards interest. No costs.
