Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to disburse a sum of Rs.69,000/- wrongfully withheld by him out of the petitioner's eligible DCRG together with interest within the period that may stipulated by this Court by considering petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2016 and 21.07.2017. ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter dated 24.02.2020 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal" and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
