Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to sanction the grant salary to the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant, Saraswathi Primary School, Puthoor from 01/07/2016 vide the proceedings Na.ka.No.681/A2/2018, dated 20/03/2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

Both counsel would concur on the position that order dated 27.04.2018, of which compliance is sought in this contempt petition, is the subject matter of appeal by the respondents in the writ appeal in W.A.(MD) No. 121 of 2021 and that an order of stay has been obtained in the writ appeal.
