This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirapalli to dispose the enhancement of maintenance petition in MC.No.17 of 2016 as expeditiously within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready for cross examination right from 18.07.2019 and the respondent/husband is not cross examining the petitioner, despite 10 hearing have been lapsed. He would also submit that the case is unnecessarily adjourned for cross examination of the petitioner.
