Rajangam, aged about 30 years and the petitioner's grandson Akash/Detenue S/o Balamurugan aged about 9 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to secure the body or person of the detenue, the petitioner's daughter Angalaeswari / Detenue, D/o. Rajangam, aged about 30 years and the petitioner's grandson Akash/Detenue S/o Balamurugan aged about 9 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Counsel submitted that investigation has been undertaken on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner by registering a case in Crime No.299 of 2019 under the caption woman missing and boy missing and during the course of investigation, it was found that the victim was married and settled in life in Tirupur.

However, Let the second respondent complete the further investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
