ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in D.O.P.No.514 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the above said petition in DOP.No.514 of 2023 was filed by the revision petitioner / husband for restitution of conjugal rights and the same is being adjourned continuously for the past one year for appearance of the respondent and therefore, the said petition may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the matter is pending for the past one year, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the said petition as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose of 2/4

the said DOP.No.514 of 2023 pending on his file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
