Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.3146/2016/E dated 21.09.2016 on the file of the respondent no.3 and its consequential order through proceedings in Na.Ka.3146/2016/E1 dated 23.05.2017 on the file of the respondent no.3 and quash the same as illegal. Pending this writ petition, further proceedings have been initiated and the amounts have also been recovered from the petitioner. The same has been acknowledged both by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

2. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
