Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned representation.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
