It is represented that this Contempt Petition is connected with a batch of Civil Revision Petitions and a Review Application, which is at SR stage, i.e C.R.P. (MD)(NPD)Nos.324, 533 of 2005 and 780 of 2011, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 in Rev.APLC.No.SR.14355 of 2014. The said batch was listed on 22.06.2023 and the same were dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Since this Contempt Petition was omitted to be listed along with that batch, it is listed today.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner represented before this Court that in view of the dismissal of those Civil Revision Petitions, this Contempt Petition may be closed. The learned counsel for the respondent is also present before this Court today.
