2.The petitioner is the accused No.1 in Crime No.438 of 2022, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 5 and 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 r/w Section 420 of IPC, on 21.09.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within a month, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This petition is allowed, accordingly.
