Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that this Court by an order dated 12.09.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.24712 of 2025, had directed the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. But, however, the 4th respondent namely the Joint Registrar/Managing Director, Tiruchirappalli District Central Co-operative Bank Limited is the competent authority to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025. Hence, he prays this Court to rectify the said error and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to delete the word ''second'' in the first line of Para.3 and replace the same by adding the word ''fourth'', in the order made in W.P.(MD).No.24712 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025. 1/3

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above error in the order made in W.P.(MD).No.24712 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 and issue fresh order copy. 06.11.2025 gvn 2/3
