O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The respondent herein Velmurugan filed W.P.(MD)No.507 of 2018 seeking regularization. The writ petition was allowed vide order dated 21.01.2019. The learned single Judge had given only one reason for allowing the writ petition. The learned single Judge followed the earlier order dated 14.09.2017 made in W.P.No.29346 of 2014 whereby Clause vi of G.O.(Ms)No.74 dated 27.06.2013 was quashed.

2. It is not in dispute that the order dated 27.06.2013 was subsequently reversed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.2875 of 2018 etc. batch vide order dated 16.08.2019.

3. Therefore, the basis on which the writ petition was allowed stands completely undermined. The learned counsel appearing for the 2/5

3 W.A.(MD)NO.166 OF 2020 respondent says that he has one some more points to urge. If that be so, the case has to be argued afresh. In this view of the matter, the matter is remitted to the file of the learned single Judge. This writ appeal stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
