ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1002 of 2011, dated 18.12.2014, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel on either side that Special Leave Petitions are pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) Nos.025220-025221/2019, after the dismissal of the writ appeal preferred by the respondents.

3.Since the issue has been seized-off by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
