By this Writ Petition, an order dated 14.08.2025 of the Revenue Divisional Officer is assailed. Under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983, the petitioner has a statutory remedy by way of revision before the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer. Even the limitation period in respect thereof has not expired.

2. In view thereof, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Therefore, W.P.(MD) No.24405 is dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to file a revision before the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer. If a revision is filed, the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer 2/4
