Prayer in WMP(MD). 1060/ 2016 :

To issue suitable Ad Interim orders directing the 2nd respondent Joint Director to approve the appointment of Sr.L.Vasanthi Madona as Assistant Professor in Mathematics w.e.f the date of appointment i.e., 30.11.2011 in the petitioner college and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary and other attendant benefits, within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Honourable Court, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. Prayer in WP(MD). 1282/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Joint Director in Pa.Mu.No.9318/EE2/2014 dated 29.09.2014 in so far as approving the Appointment of Sr.L.Vasanthi Madona as Assistant Professor in Mathematics from the date of the issuance of the proceedings of the Director permitting the College to fill up the post of Assistant Professor in Mathematics ie., 03.07.2013., quash the same and further direct the 2nd Respondent Joint Director to approve https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.1031 of 2018 forthwith the appointment of Sr.L.Vasanthi Madona as Assistant Professor in Mathematics w.e.f the date of appontment i.e 30.11.2011 in the petitioner college and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary and other attendant benefits, and pass such further or other suitable Order/Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, and thus render Justice.
