Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the writ petitioner wants is consideration of the representation dated 08.11.2022 seeking patta to the petition mentioned temple in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3. The respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent will issue notice to the interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
