ORDER

Challenge in the writ petition is to the show cause notice dated 10.08.2017 issued by the third respondent calling upon the petitioner to substantiate his right for continuance of the service connection given to him.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3. The show cause notice dated 10.08.2017 had been issued based upon the complaint given by the 4th and 5th respondents. The said show cause notice cannot be said to be the one without jurisdiction or without any authority of law. In such circumstances, the petitioner shall file his reply to the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the third respondent shall proceed to conduct an 2/4

enquiry within a further period of four week,s ofcourse, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
