To direct the Respondent to secure the absconding accused persons in Crime No.505 of 2016 on the file of the respondent in accordanc with law and further direct them to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi within the stipulate time prescribed by this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 26.04.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.4725 of 2017.

2. This Court, by an order dated dated 26.04.2017, in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.4725 of 2017, directed the respondent police to file a final report within a period of four months. Since the final report has not been filed within the time prescribed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi on 22.10.2018.
