2.Considering the limited relief sought in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent shall stand dispensed with.

Considering the fact that the petition has been transferred to the Family Court, Madurai, there shall be a direction to the learned Family Judge, Madurai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.159 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
