Prayer in WP(MD).No. 4064 of 2011 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner for appointment as B.T. Assistant (Tamil), under Backward Class priority (DPN-Ex-Serviceman) Quota, on the basis of her seniority, qualification and eligibility in accordance with law.

For Respondent : Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.4064 of 2011, dated 02.11.2016, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition, a writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.1597 of 2018 has been filed and a Division https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P(MD)No.1064 of 2018 Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay, vide order, dated 29.11.2018, made in C.M.P(MD)No.11563 of 2018 in W.A (MD)No.1597 of 2018. He has also produced a copy of the same. 3.The above submission is recorded and this contempt petition is closed.
