ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give police protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the respondents 4 to 6 herein and their rowdy elements as per the representations dated 20.02.2019, 24.04.2019, 17.11.2019 and 16.12.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19478 of 2019 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 are close relatives. He would further submit that in order to grab the properties from the petitioner, the fourth respondent has filed a Suit in O.S.No.85 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Periyakulam, seeking bare injunction and the same was dismissed on 03.01.2019. Thereafter the respondents 4 to 6 have been threatening the petitioner and his family members. Hence, this petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the representation given by the petitioner, the enquiry was initiated.

He would further submit that after due enquiry, if it is found that necessary police protection has to be given to the petitioner, it will be given to the petitioner. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
