2. By acceding to his request, Registry is directed to reissue the order dated 11.09.2025 by replacing the last sentence thereof with the following sentence:

"Therefore, by leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the impugned order by way of appeal before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer, this Writ Petition stands dismissed without any order as to costs."
