Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/6488/2017 dated 01/02/2018 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently directing the respondents to issue old FMB Sketchers to the petitioners ancestral property situated at SF.No.1/16, (Village 1/16 Mahaani) Kayangulam Group 84, Kuttithinni village, Thambanusilangulam sub division, sivagangai district based on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2018 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 26.04.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.9498 of 2018.

2.Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for disposal, Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he produced a copy of the communication dated 08.04.2019 issued by the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on having gone through the same, pointed out that, in the said communication FMB sketch of the village called Kuttithinni at Sivagangai District is not available and therefore, recording the same, this contempt petition can be disposed of.

4.In that view of the matter, since the orders of this Court has been complied with, by recording the said communication issued by the respondent dated 08.04.2019, this contempt petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.
