PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Rule 25(g) of the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu Service Rule, 1988, and the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.9813/Ni A Pa-1/2017 dated 17.08.2017, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to follow the service Rule 25(a) of the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu Services, 1988, in filling up the promotional post of District Sports Officer.
