Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned award in I.D.No.146 of 2002 dated 02.09.2016 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.09.2019, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of paying a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) for the month of August 2019, only a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) was paid and the learned Counsel for the respondent entered appearance and sought time to ascertain the same and report to this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the balance amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) for the month of August 2019 and also the amount payable for the month of September 2019 have been paid and further that the respondent has to comply with the orders of this Court till the entire amount is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Contempt Petition(MD)No.1089 of 2018 disbursed to the petitioner and hence, prayed for liberty to approach this Court in case of any default in future payments.
3. No liberty as sought for by the petitioner need be granted and in the event of non-compliance of the orders of this Court, it is always open to the petitioner to bring it to the knowledge of this Court. As of now, there is no default in payment of the amounts as per the Amicable Settlement Memo, dated Nil and hence, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
