This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No. 355 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Tuticorin and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram. 1/4

2.Pending the petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre. In the mediation there was settlement between the parties. They have decided to mutually separate from each other. They have to taken steps to file petition before the Family Court. 3.In view of the above, let the parties file the above said application before the Family Court, Tirunelveli as per their undertaking. 4.This petition stands disposed of unnecessary in view of the terms of agreement reached. Let the terms of agreement be form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
