COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.40 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 61(2), 314, 316(4), 318(4), 322 and 324 of BNS, 2023 in crime No.40 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the First Information Report itself has been registered only on 04.10.2024 and the investigation is now at nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions.
