: Respondents/Contemnor PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.M.P.(MD)No.10658 of 2018 in W.P.(MD)No.11729 of 2018, dated 01.06.2018. Prayer in WMP(MD). 10658/ 2018 :

To pass an order of Interim Direction, directing the Respondent No.1 to remove the lock and seal and permit the petitioner to continue to utilize the Shop No.F2 in P.P.Munusamy Commercial Complex by paying the rental and other charges pending disposal of the Instant WP.

Prayer in WP(MD). 11729/ 2018 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the lock and seal of the Shop No.F2 in P.P. Munusamy Commercial Complex belonging to the 1st Respondent Municipality on 21.05.2018 as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondent No.1 to enter the name of the petitioner for allotment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition (MD)No.1121 of 2018 the Shop No.F2 in P.P.Munusamy Commercial Complex belonging to the 1st Respondent Municipality instead of the name of Respondent No.3/the petitioners partner within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the order passed by this Court dated 01.06.2018, in W.M.P.(MD) No.10658 of 2018 in W.P.(MD)No.11729 of 2018, has been complied with and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Contempt Petition is closed.
