dated, 10.08.2023 made in I.A.Nos.7 and 8 of 2023 in O.S.No.213 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the both sides submitted that as per the order passed by this Court, dated 05.03.2024, the petitioner herein has paid a sum of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only) to the first respondent herein. The order of this Court is also complied with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to make objection with regard to the relevancy and admissibility of the documents before the trial Court. The delay may be condoned.

4. The parties are at liberty to make their objections with regard to the relevancy and admissibility of the documents before the trial Court at the relevant point of time. This order will not be a bar to the parties to make objection.

5. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the District Munsif Court, Melur, to dispose of the above said suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

6. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
