ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.B in Crl.M.P.No.5071 of 2024, dated 25.10.2024 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

2. The Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. for a period of thirty days.

3. The present petition has been filed seeking for modification on the ground that the Court below has imposed onerous conditions and that the petitioner is a woman.

4. The learend Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below for 19 days.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side and also considering the fact that investigation is already at the verge of completion, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Friday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
