ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Cr.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioners, second respondent and the third respondent have entered into a compromise and they are ready to file a compromise memo before the concerned Investigating Officer. 2/4

3.In view of the above, the petitioners, second respondent and the third respondent are directed to file a compromise memo before the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order and after receipt of the same, the concerned Police is directed to close the case as "Action Dropped" within a period of two weeks thereafter, if compromise is arrived at between the parties.

4.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 26.03.2024 NCC :
