This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent and his men for their illegal activities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2017. 2.Even as per the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on 12.02.2021, the matter was compromised between the parties in a peace committee meeting. The matter is listed today for verifying the same by the learned counsel for the petitioner and today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it appears that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
