Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certioraraified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.4630/Aa1/2010 dated 10/02/2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to confer all consequential service and monetary benefits to the petitioner . ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that against the order dated 29.08.2017 passed in W.P.(MD)No.1870 of 2011, the respondent preferred a Writ Appeal No.106 of 2019. Thus, no further consideration at this point of time is required in the present contempt application. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy after disposal of the writ appeal now pending before the Hon'ble Division of this Court.
