Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARIAPPAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.9487 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11921 of 2022, dated 16.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and posted for hearing on 22.12.2022.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9487 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11921 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar, on 22.12.2022 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the concerned Judge, without fail.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
