ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to expedite and complete the trial in C.C no. 94 of 2023 in connection with the case in Crime No. 45 of 2022 1/4

on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2022 and the same has been taken cognizance in the year 2023.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are eight witnesses in this case.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.94 of 2023 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
