This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of prayer by the petitioner in the house in S.No.7/1 Allankullam, Kothaicherri Post, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2017. 2.The petitioner's representation is of the year 2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16488 of 2017 granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation, if so advised.
